Our Headshots Studio
Our studio is conveniently located in Shawnee, Kansas, approximately 15-20 minutes from Downtown Kansas City and nearly all area suburb communities. We are just west of Johnson Drive and Quivira. Studio sessions are available as well as on-location portrait sessions. For small and large companies, we happily travel to your location.Our studio equipment travels well, and many clients love that we can come to them.
Many individuals prefer to have their session photographed on location in Downtown Kansas City, and there is no additional fee for this vs photographing your headshots in the studio. We love using the city as a backdrop, which shows it’s where you do business and establishes you as a Kansas City resident.
Pricing for Headshots & Portrait Photography
All sessions are performed either in-studio or on-location and include expert lighting, professional direction and posing, as well as basic editing which includes exposure and color correction, smoothing of features, removal of temporary blemishes, and removal of lint & flyaways.

Corporate, Teams, and Staff Headshots
Corporate, Teams and Staff Headshots are perfect for small and large companies who wish to streamline their company headshots and give a professional, uniform appearance. Everyone is photographed on the same background with the same lighting for consistency and professionalism. Headshots can be photographed by sending your employees to our studio, or we are happy to come to you.

11-20 people = $125/face
21-40 people = $99/face
41-50 people = $75/face
Over 50 Members, a custom quote will be designed.
C-Suite and Departmental Group Photos are $150/ea.
Event
Headshots
We create a unique, enhanced experience for photographing headshots at conferences, expos, annual meetings, and workshop events. Let us walk you through our expert process of delivering high quality, professional headshots to your attendees. We offer company-branded advanced signups, immediate individual selection and delivery via personal galleries, quick turnaround, and we even do photo booths and event photography.

Once you are booked and scheduled, we work with you to help with wardrobe, location and background selections
After the session, you will receive a gallery of images to select from. Your final selections are then fully edited and delivered via digital download

For individuals, you can choose on-site between several images we take OR I can send you a gallery of images so you can take your time deciding. For teams and staff, you will choose your favorite image(s) on site real-time. This is the most efficient way for multiple individuals at one sitting.

Yes, companies normally tell us how many images their people are allowed. If you would like to purchase more, you’re free to do so. We will simply bill you separately for the extra image(s).

In most cases, yes. It depends on where the images were taken and the lighting used, but in most all cases we can match the look. If it isn’t able to be done, we will let you know.

If you would like multiple background options, or to have the headshots extracted and placed onto different backgrounds, we can do that. Depending on the request, there may be an additional fee. This would be quoted separately.

Basic edits refer to color and exposure correction for consistency, removal of obvious lint, smoothing of hairlines and flyaways, teeth whitening and softening of blemishes and fine lines. Further extensive retouching may require an additional retouching fee, such as: removal of objects, head swaps, composites and complex Photoshop work.

We take note of backgrounds, lighting, and equipment settings so that when you send us retakes and new hires, the images are consistent. If the original photos are done on-location, we will make sure to take “environmental” reference photos of the background and location so we can duplicate the images correctly.
